In this role, you will lead the product management for the SIMATIC portfolio within Siemens Digital Industry in Milan. You will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and manage lifecycle while guiding a team of product managers and collaborating with Sales, HQ, and key stakeholders. Expect to monitor performance with KPIs, push portfolio initiatives, and build strong partnerships to strengthen Siemens’ market position in manufacturing. This is an opportunity to lead cross‑functional programs and influence strategic decisions in a global tech environment.

Manage portfolio performance with KPIs and business monitoring

Responsabilità

Proven experience in PLC, HMI, IPC or SCADA technologies or in Product Management
Strong leadership experience with people management capabilities
Degree in Automation, Electronics, IT/Software Engineering or equivalent technical background xlwpduy
Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
Passion to never‑stop growing
