As a TAM for Adobe Experience Cloud, you will guide Premier customers through technical deployments and operational health initiatives. You’ll act as the customer’s technical representative, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address issues and drive value. You’ll deliver proactive services, including release notifications and risk mitigation, and you’ll lead knowledge transfers and on‑site support. This role combines customer‑facing leadership with deep product and technical expertise to prevent issues and enable successful adoption at scale. You will be the trusted advisor shaping customer outcomes and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Multi‑year experience in enterprise IT environments in consulting, support, account management, or development roles
Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional EU language a plus
Strong presentation skills and experience leading high‑profile customer calls and meetings
Professional demeanor with ability to collaborate with and lead diverse teams
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex xlwpduy enterprise software and infrastructure issues (Java, web‑server, network, OS, DB/SQL)
Must‑have: customer‑facing experience in enterprise projects and working knowledge of development technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Java, J
