In this role, you will support the Group Compliance function in Milan, helping implement and maintain the compliance framework across ESG, privacy, AI, NIS2, and supply chain matters. You collaborate with the Group Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams to drive governance, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. You’ll shape policies, monitor regulatory developments, and enhance privacy governance and AI governance. This is an opportunity to influence sustainable, responsible growth in a global luxury group.

Legal and regulatory analysis to assess impact on business processes
Monitor ESG regulatory developments (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD, ESPR) and implement within the framework
Analyze ESG initiatives to identify compliance risks
Manage privacy matters and enhance Group-wide privacy governance
Assess AI-related legal/operational risks, support compliance with EU AI Act and NIS2 in liaison with IT




Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Implement and monitor the global compliance program and internal policies
Coordinate supplier management and identify compliance risks with cross-functional teams
Draft and update internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance
Collect and track KPIs to measure compliance effectiveness
Collect and process data for reporting obligations
Prepare compliance disclosures for reports/public documents
Maintain delegations of authority (DoA) in collaboration with Corporate Affairs
Monitor Legislative Decree 231/2001 compliance for Italian entities
Develop and launch ethics initiatives to promote integrity
Responsabilità

3–5 years of compliance xlwpduy and/or legal experience
Law degree; Lawyer qualification and/or post‑graduate compliance studies is a plus
Strong knowledge of ESG, privacy, AI and NIS2 regulations
