Experteer Overview In this role you manage shipments for transport activities, ensuring compliance with contractual needs and global regulations. You coordinate customs, insurance, and accompanying documentation while supporting letters of credit, aiming to optimize logistics performance. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order handling and documentation, leveraging SAP and other order-management tools. This position emphasizes accuracy, negotiation, and collaboration to sustain efficient, compliant shipments.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage shipments and transport activities in line with contractual requirements and regulations, including customs and insurance
Prepare and control documents for letters of credit negotiations
Oversee accompanying documentation and goods storage
Responsabilità Negotiation skills
Knowledge of national and international regulations (INCOTERMS)
Knowledge of accounting and tax rules
Very good English language skills
Basic product knowledge
Operational knowledge of SAP or similar order‑management tools
Accuracy and strong organizational skills
Goal‑oriented, collaborative and team‑working mindset
