Experteer Overview As an AWS Solution Architect, you will enable strategic customers to adopt AWS services at scale, shaping architectural decisions and guiding deployments. You’ll partner with sales to drive adoption and revenue, and you’ll evangelize AWS through deep technical guidance and high-impact presentations. You’ll work closely with customers’ senior technologists to design effective, future‑ready cloud solutions. This role leverages a structured ramp‑up program to grow your cloud expertise and consultative skills.
Retribuzione / Benefits Partner with sales to design customer solutions and drive AWS adoption and revenue
Act as an AWS evangelist and educate customers on AWS value proposition
Establish credibility with senior technical stakeholders to enable cloud advocacy
Lead deep architectural discussions to ensure customer success in new or migrated applications
Conduct hands‑on education/training sessions to transfer cloud knowledge
Author or contribute to customer‑facing AWS publications (whitepapers, tutorials)
Present sessions at AWS and industry conferences




Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering, and support teams
Scope engagements with clear objectives and success criteria, owning delivery of value
Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS SA community
Responsabilità Extensive design/implementation/consulting/devops experience with distributed applications
Extensive experience in infrastructure or software architecture with knowledge of databases and networking
Experience in pre‑sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology/software sales
Ability to travel, including internationally
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross‑organizational collaboration
