Role Summary & Impact
WPP Media is looking for an experienced
Senior Associate, Activation Search & Social
to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of Paid Search and Paid Social activities within broader media strategies.
Skills and Experience
Independently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
Manage high‑budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top‑tier performance and ROI.
Lead pre‑ and post‑campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
3+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large‑scale budgets.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics and TikTok.
Amazon Search is a plus.
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Gross Annual Pay range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This reflects part of our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
€25.000 – €42.000 EUR
