We are looking for a person with tourism studies and with a clear commercial vocation, an external sales representative specialized in the Corporate market for Rome, a Sales Manager with a proven track record (>2 years experience) in a similar role, with a desire to learn and grow within the company, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
The key responsibilities will be to:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market
Research new market opportunities and develop strategies
Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services
Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly
Telemarketing actions
Track requests and accounts
Resolve incidents
Requirements




English and another languages are a plus
Minimum experience of 2 years
Availability to travel
