In this role, you will support the deployment of world-class Digital Workplace experiences for colleagues and engineering teams worldwide. You will help run local technology operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned with technology goals. You will troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and contribute to continuous service improvement in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position offers hands‑on work with cutting‑edge tools and a pathway to influence workplace technology across international teams.

Oversee local Technology Concierge operations, including daily service delivery, capacity planning, and coverage for Digital Workplace activities
Coordinate Health & Safety activities and support local compliance in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and Health & Safety Department
Attend stakeholder calls to align on Digital Workplace goals, products, and priorities
Troubleshoot capacity/availability issues, support moves/adds/changes, and perform server software installation/configuration as needed
Ensure quality standards for documentation, reporting, and process adherence in Service Delivery and asset management
Support problem resolution, escalations, major incidents, and crisis coordination when required




Contribute to continuous service improvement via knowledge management and QA-ready articles
Perform core technical duties to support infrastructure implementations and deployments of dynamic platforms
Create technical design and implementation documentation; participate in test planning and execution
Resolve infrastructure compatibility issues and collaborate with other technical teams; provide on‑site support when required
Record and update call data in a service management tool; ensure asset repair quality per guidelines
Plan and support streaming events; manage local stockroom and inventory of workplace tech assets
Act as Third Party Relationship Manager for local Digital Workplace vendors and support governance and service performance
3-5 years hands‑on experience xysqume in a similar role with diverse operating systems and network protocols
Proficiency in English and Italian (written and verbal)
Technical knowledge of Windows and/or iOS
Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Expert Windows OS and macOS skills
Excellent Android/iOS skills with MDM and JSS
Expert knowledge of Office 365 deployments and release management
Basic knowledge of corporate network topologies
Basic knowledge of Firewalls and VPN technologies
Experience with EUC applications and enterprise EUC management toolsets
Experience deploying and supporting desktop images and applications to enterprise EUC estates
