As a Production Supervisor, you will perform the daily operations for the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will become an expert in monitoring the building of our cutting‑edge equipment and ensuring the highest quality. You will be part of a collaborative team and ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing front‑line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
Managing a manufacturing unit and associated budgets.
Evaluating manufacturing process to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfilment, safety, and productivity.
Coordinating and supervising line activities, working closely with Ops leader to correctly manage workstation performance (OEE) and support “Smartshop” adoption.
Collaborating with internal Technical Experts to provide support to customers, maintain all KPI’s and fulfil customer requirements.
Developing procedures, work instructions and documentation that promotes compliance, quality, and health & safety throughout.

Have a BSc or MSc Degree in a technical subject with good experience in Manufacturing – will also consider graduate‑level candidates for the role.
