As an R&D; Electrical Research Lab Engineer, you will lead the Ansaldo Lab team to advance electrical testing for new products and material improvements. You will coordinate lab activities, supervise tests, and ensure alignment with state‑of‑the‑art practices and business needs. Your work will support industrial applications, safety, and quality across high‑voltage research initiatives. Oversee and coordinate laboratory team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and clear task delegation
Plan and supervise electrical tests supporting product development and material improvements

Responsabilità

Master’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Materials or Chemical Engineering, or in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry
At least 10 years of experience in test laboratories in university and/or industrial environments
In-depth knowledge of electrical insulating materials and experience planning and supervising electrical tests
Familiarity xlwpduy with laboratory assets used for electrical characterization
Strong understanding of technical specifications and QHSE requirements
Proactivity, precision, teamwork, and ability to lead a team toward results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
