As Global Real Estate Controller at ABB, you will lead financial governance, planning, reporting, analytics and business partnering across ABB’s global real estate portfolio. You will act as the finance subject matter expert for real estate, enabling accurate reporting, effective capital allocation, strong controls and data-driven decisions. You will head the Real Estate Finance and Data Management Center of Excellence and drive standardization of processes and reporting models. You will also champion data, digitalization and ESG reporting while partnering on strategic transactions and portfolio optimization.

- Provide finance leadership and partnering to Real Estate leadership and senior stakeholders on performance, investments and lease-vs-buy decisions
- Oversee global planning, forecasting and management reporting for the Real Estate Division
- Govern capex planning and occupancy cost reporting, including allocation methodologies and benchmarking
- Lead the Center of Excellence for Real Estate Finance and Data Management, standardizing processes and service delivery
- Strengthen data quality, dashboards,



KPIs and analytics; support digital transformation and ESG reporting
- Provide finance expertise for strategic transactions including acquisitions, divestments, integrations, carve-outs and restructurings
- Lead and develop a global team; build stakeholder relationships and promote best practices and ABB values
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, controlling, FP&A; or related disciplines
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management and business partnering xysqume
- Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders
- Experience in capital-intensive businesses; real estate finance, lease accounting or asset/facility management finance preferred
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, data analytics and enterprise reporting tools
- Track record of driving process improvement, standardization and automation
