- Lead and support healthcare consulting engagements from assessment through implementation and impact measurement
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations
- Perform patient pathway, operating room utilization, capacity management, and KPI analyses to support transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with hospital leadership, clinicians,



and operational stakeholders
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for management teams and clinical stakeholders
- Manage multiple project workstreams while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience xysqume within the healthcare sector, including support for public and private hospitals
- Experience working with hospital leadership, including management teams, department heads, and clinical stakeholders
- Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into operational or strategic recommendations
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
