In this role you will drive new business opportunities for Mercer within the Marsh Group in Milan, focusing on Workforce & Organization Transformation, Rewards, Digital Transformation, Talent Strategy, and Change Management. You will work cross-functionally with Mercer Career Practices and Marsh teams to deliver tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle. You will stay abreast of HR trends and represent Mercer and Marsh at events to expand your network. This position offers a path to shape integrated HR solutions for clients and contribute to business growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mercer in collaboration with Marsh Group units
- Engage prospective clients via cold calls, emails, networking, referrals, and marketing leads
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to campaign delivery and proposal development
- Develop RFPs and client proposals addressing complex HR needs across client accounts
- Contribute to sales targets by maintaining a strong client portfolio and conducting regular account reviews
- Negotiate terms with prospects under guidance from leadership and support commercial effectiveness
- Stay informed on HR and organizational trends and represent Mercer and Marsh at events and conferences
- Master’s Degree in Economics/Management or similar
- proven experience in client-facing roles
- curiosity for commercial xysqume topics and content
- strong commercial mindset with a passion for HR consulting and organization
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- high resilience with strong workload management and prioritization
- fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- ability to work independently and in teams
