In this role you drive revenue, volume, and margin growth by managing large strategic key accounts for O-I’s glass bottle portfolio. You will develop tailored value propositions, navigate multi-site negotiations, and ensure long-term partnerships with major brands. You operate with cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence and accurate forecasting. This position offers impact by shaping strategic account strategies in a global packaging leader focused on sustainability and innovation. You will work autonomously to win new opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Lead large strategic key account relationships and long-term partnerships
Drive revenue, volume, and margin growth across major strategic key accounts
Build and execute customer-focused account strategies
Negotiate sustainable long-term commercial agreements
Identify innovation, sustainability,



and value-add opportunities
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial/Economic, or related field
5+ years in customer-facing commercial roles (Key Accounts, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Business Development)
Proven success managing B2B customers in xysqume corporate/manufacturing environments
Fluent in English and Italian
Experience leading complex negotiations and owning customer P&L; elements
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment
Ability to analyze customer performance data and translate insights into actions
Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and enterprise sales tools
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
