- Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Create competitive service offerings and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Provide market insights through customer feedback, research, and industry analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Lead service sales enablement initiatives, including training, engagement activities, and sales tools
- Support global service branding, communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies
- Build strong relationships with Operating Units, regional teams, and senior stakeholders
- Strong experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, or a related field within a complex organisation
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change xysqume across multiple functions
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial growth strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, creating structure and delivering results
