Compensation: Assisting with relocation to Italy and finding accommodation. No financial compensation. Important: We can only host students that are currently studying in Europe and EU candidate countries, and those who can use the Erasmus trainee-ship program or have scholarships. Please consider that our internship is unpaid.
Job Description
Verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and follow up
Ability to work well in a team environment, along with being self-motivated and independent
Problem solving, being open-minded and tolerant
Required Qualifications
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures




Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

About the Role
Business Analyst is a key role in implementing innovative strategy. As a Business Analyst at Extramus, you will support the implementation and maintenance of business information systems across departments. You will identify problems and opportunities within the company and, over time, provide solutions that help achieve business goals. You will collaborate with data analysis and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal reporting to support financial insights for decision making. xysqume
