As CSA Supervisor, you will lead Civil, Structural and Architectural coordination on a major hyperscale data centre campus in Milan. You oversee safety, QA, and subcontractor performance to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule. You will manage day-to-day site operations, drive coordination with planners, PMs, consultants and subcontractors, and guide snagging through handover. This role combines hands‑on leadership with cross‑disciplinary collaboration to support long‑term European project delivery and core mission‑critical objectives.

Supervise and coordinate all CSA work packages on the project
Manage day-to-day site operations including subcontractor performance and manpower
Drive site safety standards with EHS teams and management
Oversee QA processes ensuring compliance with specifications
Coordinate programme activities with planners, PMs, consultants, and subcontractors
Maintain accurate site documentation and client-aligned reporting
Chair subcontractor progress meetings and ensure schedule delivery
Support change management including programme and cost impacts
Review construction drawings and buildability constraints
Manage snagging, punch lists, and CSA close-out through to completion
Attend coordination meetings and client updates
Support final project close-out including QA and safety documentation packs
Responsabilità
Trade background or relevant degree in Construction/Civil/Structural xlwpduy discipline
Minimum 7+ years experience supervising CSA works on large-scale projects
Strong background across structural, envelope, cladding, roofing, fit‑out or civils
Proven ability to lead CSA teams and manage subcontractor delivery
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Data centre or mission‑critical experience advantageous
