Experteer Overview
In this role you will underwrite profitable new and renewal property and business interruption business for Italy and Southern Europe, leading regional strategy and owning key accounts. You will develop broker and client relationships, coordinate with global and local leadership, and steer pipelines and portfolio analyses. You will negotiate terms, pricing and participation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive growth. This position offers impact across Southern Europe within a global insurer focused on large corporate risks.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop and execute the regional Property LoB strategy and support global LoB initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
- Own large accounts and be responsible for key portfolios
- Manage local portfolio, pipelines, plans, and portfolio analyses




- Support new business acquisition and retention; negotiate terms and conditions as needed
- Coordinate with local Distribution to execute strategic plans and communicate LoB strategy externally
- Represent AGCS internally and externally to the market
- Involve functional areas in underwriting processes (Distribution, ARC, Claims, Operations)

Responsabilità
- 7+ years or more experience in underwriting, brokerage, or equivalent in Property insurance
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in an international matrix organization
- Working knowledge of English
- Ability to assess risks, coverages, terms and conditions and translate into an offer
- True team player with established market relationships with clients and brokers at peer group level
