Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery program for the GOSP Delivery Center, guiding planning, governance and cross-functional coordination to deliver a core insurance solution at group level. You will work with IT, business, operations and suppliers to manage interdependencies, risk and reporting, driving transformation initiatives. The position offers strategic impact in accelerating Generali's cloud-based digitization and shared platform initiatives. You will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes that align with the Group’s objectives.

Responsabilità
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile)
- Mastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Second language is a plus (ES, DE)
- Experience in international transformation programs
- Preferable expertise in the insurance domain
