As a Key Account Manager, you will drive growth for Monster Beverage by leading strategic accounts and shaping the business plan with KO Bottlers. You will operate across national and regional channels, translating objectives into actionable plans that boost profitability and market share. Your role combines sales leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous planning to deliver the annual growth agenda. This position offers a high-impact, fast-paced environment where you energize partnerships and execute customer activations with precision.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Create and manage the business plan for key customers with KO Bottlers to meet growth goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with bottlers on the P&L; and control long-term investments to improve channel profitability
- Train staff to use category tools and influence customer decisions to grow categories
- Activate sales campaigns and customer activations with the marketing team to add value and plan the promotional calendar
- Manage and develop the channel/customer promotional calendar aligned with the business plan and growth expectations
- Train Bottler KO and customer execution teams to ensure compliance with Monster's execution rules
- Develop incentive campaigns with customers and partners
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- 5+ years in sales in retail, wholesaler, or distributor environments
- 3–5 years in forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS, and inventory reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Sales cycle knowledge and budget & P&L; certifications (preferred)
- Fluent English; experience managing direct reports
