Experteer Overview
Regional Sales Manager for Southern EU within Henkel’s Water & Civil Infrastructure division. You drive adoption and growth across valve insertion, FRP structural reinforcement, and geopolymer pipe lining technologies. You’ll develop new customers, nurture key accounts, and translate customer needs into tailored solutions, using CRM to manage opportunities and sales activities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to meet quotas and support rapid market expansion.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop new customers and grow existing key accounts in Southern EU (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Balkans)
- Understand customer business requirements and design solutions and programs to meet their needs
- Leverage defined sales processes for Advanced Valve Technologies and maintain prospects, opportunities, quotes, and activities in Salesforce
- Meet or exceed annual sales quota for assigned territory and customers




- Acquire deep knowledge of the technologies in the role and communicate this to customers and infrastructure owners

Responsabilità
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Technical or Business fields
- Experience in civil infrastructure scenarios
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience managing channel networks and contracting partnerships
- Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets
- Fast-paced, dynamic team player
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM tool and Office package
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time in territory
