As an AI Senior Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will help clients in the Financial Services (FSS) industry identify and execute strategic opportunities driven by artificial intelligence. You will combine deep industry expertise with advanced knowledge of AI technologies to design transformation strategies that deliver measurable business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into AI-enabled initiatives, shaping adoption roadmaps, and guiding organizations through large-scale transformation programs.
You will also provide strategic insights based on market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements, enabling clients to anticipate change and capitalize on innovation.
Lead the identification and definition of AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy in the FSS industry
Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
Advise clients on AI adoption strategies, including governance, operating models, and value realization
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to deliver strategic recommendations
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Lead client engagements, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive AI transformation initiatives
Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes across operations, customer experience, and growth
