Safety & Sustainability, Diversity, Accountability and Innovation. As HSE&Quality; Supervisor you will report to the Plant Manager. In this capacity, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of assistants and operators to ensure the correct application of product and process quality control procedures,
as well as health, safety, and environmental protection standards. You will develop and update control methodologies and conduct audits to verify full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.. Coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 programs and support GMP implementation across Italian sites.
· Deliver HSE and Quality presentations and seminars for employees, customers, and suppliers.
· Plan workplace inspections and environmental monitoring, involving consultants when needed.
· Analyze HSE and Quality data and propose corrective or improvement actions with the Plant Manager.
· Support the development and maintenance of management systems across Italian plants.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory authorizations and legal obligations according to QSE procedures.
