Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Milan (Hybrid)

Compensation: The position offers a base salary in the range of €50,000 to €55,000 per year, in addition to a target premio of 10%.

The position:
To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist with
5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of
accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. You will work
closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue recognition, churn and key SaaS metrics (e.G., MRR, CAC, LTV).
