we are looking for a Procurement Demand Manager to be based preferably in Rome Laurentina but with the possibility of employment also in Genoa Fiumara. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities

Interfacing with various Internal Customers (Business Lines, Competence Centers, CTO) and the Purchasing function;
Verifying requirements and needs, contributing to the definition of demand from the initial stages of drafting purchasing specifications;
Monitoring the issuance of offers, orders, contracts, tenders and/or Framework Agreements for the relative goods and/or services requested;
Supporting the elaboration of the commercial offer during the Bid phase, certifying the overall external costs;
Participating in the IPT during the contract execution phase, ensuring the updating and alignment of the purchasing budget with respect to the economic plan of the order and verifying the possibility of any efficiencies through Procurement activities;
