Nextalia Private Equity is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join its Portfolio Management Team.
The successful candidate will support the team in value creation activities across Nextalia portfolio companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Support portfolio monitoring and performance analysis;
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and portfolio updates;
• Conduct financial, market and competitive analysis;
• Support internal meetings and ad hoc portfolio management activities.

and a proactive attitude.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• A collaborative and positive team-oriented mindset;
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn;
• Good judgement;
• Previous internship experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Transaction Services is a plus;
• Italian mother tongue and fluency in English.
