- Work closely with the executive team to understand the company’s strategic priorities and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
- Independently manage a small portfolio of apps, owning their roadmap, performance, and day-to-day product decisions.
- Lead the end-to-end development of mobile and web applications, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, alongside external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery.
- Identify and engage external partners (agencies, freelancers, or specialized providers) whenever additional expertise is needed to support product development.
- Continuously monitor product quality, user experience, and key performance metrics, identifying opportuni
