Tecnimont Services is looking for a Proposal Manager to be placed within the Commercial function. Reporting to the head of Commercial,



He/She will be responsible for the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the Invitation to Bid requirements and the execution strategy defined with the Company management.
He/She will lead the proposal team from the initial phase of the proposal up to the final negotiation with the Client and, in case of award, He/she will prepare the handover package to the operating team.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- To define the proposal budget;
- To analyze the ITB technical and commercial documentation and prepare the proposal execution plan and proposal schedule;
- To lead, with the support of the estimating department, engineering, procurement and construction estimating activities with the aim of guaranteeing the best level of competitiveness of the commercial proposal;
- To coordinate the technical departments to prepare the technical proposal in accordance with the ITB requirement and in accordance with Tecnimont Services procedures and quality manuals;
