Senior Manager, Project Management

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing projects related to mobile device kitting, provisioning, and large-scale deployment. The candidate will work on complex initiatives involving the configuration, distribution, and management of mobile devices in structured, multi-stakeholder environments.
Main responsibilities
End-to-end management of mobile device kitting, provisioning, and rollout projects
Coordination of technical teams, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders
Planning and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
Oversight of device configuration and distribution processes
Management of risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication
Support in the implementation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to operational procedures




Acting as interface with multiple departments, including Procurement, Pre-Sales, and After-Sales
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
Background in mobile device management, kitting, or deployment projects
Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience in enterprise or international tech environments
Experience managing large-scale mobile device rollouts
Previous freelance or contractor experience
Start date : ASAP
Location : Hybrid – Milan
Contract : Freelance / Contractor engagement
