Reliability Engineering EU – PSG Global Engineering As a Senior Manager, Reliability Engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific within PSG Global Engineering Services, you will lead the development and deployment of a standardized reliability engineering program across a global network of manufacturing sites. This leadership role focuses on improving asset performance, enhancing equipment reliability, and ensuring consistency in maintenance and asset management practices across PSG.
You will provide technical leadership and guidance to site Reliability Engineers, ensuring alignment to a common reliability framework that drives uptime, reduces lifecycle cost, and minimizes operational risk. In addition, you will support and guide site maintenance master planning efforts, ensuring alignment between long‐term asset strategies, maintenance programs, and capital planning.
