The role: You will take ownership of all construction and integration activities relating to Living Quarters, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day construction activities for the LQ module at yard or site.
- Supervising multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and telecoms.
- Overseeing fit‐out, finishes, furnishings, insulation, and architectural elements.
- Coordinating installation of critical systems including HVAC, firefighting, PA/GA, lighting, and lifesaving equipment.
- Working closely with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring progress,



participating in coordination meetings, and resolving site issues.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards (e.g., NORSOK, SOLAS, IMO, ABS, DNV).
- Enforcing HSE requirements including PTW, confined space, scaffolding, and hot work controls.
- Supporting mechanical completion, punch listing, pre‐commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with 8+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong background in offshore Living Quarters or similar facilities.
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction scopes.
- Good understanding of offshore habitability, fire safety, and escape systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem‐solving skills. xrdztoy
