On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position. The client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments. Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact. The selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch. The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines, removing blockers and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.



This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, keep delivery moving and make AI projects land properly in production.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- Ability to scope requirements, success metrics and integration plans
- Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows and system integrations
- Experience tracking progress, managing risks and removing blockers
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
- Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Languages and Salary Italian and English.
EUR 50,000-100,000 gross annual salary, depending on seniority and relevant experience. xrdztoy Particularly senior profiles may be considered for higher packages.
