Job Description

Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment for CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stack materials onto and from trucks, racks, and other storage areas.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse.
- Perform routine pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, scanning, and organizing products.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
