THE ROLE

As Customer Operations & Supply Chain Intern (EDI & Order Management),



you will support the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams in ensuring efficient order cycle execution and high service levels for our customers.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to managing order flows, monitoring performance, and resolving operational challenges in a dynamic FMCG environment. This internship offers a structured learning path to develop both analytical and operational capabilities within supply chain and customer service processes.
In Particular, You Will
- Support the management of customer order cycles, including order entry, transmission (EDI and other tools), and delivery coordination.
- Assist in monitoring lead times from order acquisition to delivery, ensuring service level targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Demand Planning) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve daily operational issues.
