The candidate will join the Digital HR Team and support digital adoption across Valentino’s global HR community, leveraging our HR information system suite. This is a unique opportunity to take part in a major HR digital transformation, as Valentino launches the implementation of a new global HCM platform .
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of HR processes across our global HRIS modules — Core HR, Talent & Development, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Help deliver training and enablement for key users, equipping the HR community with the digital skills they need.
- Support HR data quality and data integrity across systems,
identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities within the HRIS transformation.
- Support the configuration and testing of HRIS modules and new system releases.
- Manage master data and user access within the HR systems.
- Provide first-level support to key users, helping to resolve queries and improve adoption.
- Maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation for the HR community.
- Collaborate with external consultants on day-to-day business operations and application maintenance.
- Contribute to the rollout of new digital HR solutions and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in HR Transformation and HR Data Management.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
