Job Purpose




The Sales Area Manager is responsible for commercial development within the North-East Italy territory, with the goal of growing market share, volumes, and profitability across the Harvest Equipment product lines. The role reports to the Harvesting Sales Manager and works closely with the dealer network and end customers active in the area, which covers key agricultural regions including Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, Emilia-Romagna and part of Toscana.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Planning
- Achieve assigned commercial targets in terms of volumes, market share, and margins.
- Define, negotiate, and monitor annual Business Plans with dealers in the assigned area, ensuring implementation and follow-up.
- Build effective Sales Plans with dealers covering orders, retail contracts, and deliveries to maximize coverage across all product lines.

Marketing & Brand Presence
- Develop local Marketing Plans with dealers including promotional events, field
