Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent)

Overview
You’re not just managing comments — you’re building culture. As our Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of SharkNinja’s online communities and a hands-on content creator who can take an idea from concept to published video, solo. This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and culture — and it moves fast.
What You’ll Do
Community & Engagement
- Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups — monitoring, responding, and representing the brand with speed and authenticity
- Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy
- Identify UGC opportunities and surface member stories, testimonials, and moments worth amplifying
- Track engagement metrics and sentiment to measure what’s working and feed it back into strategy
