Experteer OverviewAs a Mechanical Engineer on a Milan-based data centre project, you lead the on-site mechanical scope and ensure safe, quality installation of HVAC, piping and related systems. You provide technical oversight, coordinate with subcontractors, and support commissioning and handover to meet project milestones. You work within a turnkey data centre team to deliver mission‑critical facilities across Europe. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape installation quality and project execution in a high‑stakes environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead the delivery of the mechanical scope on site
- Oversee installation of mechanical services including HVAC, chilled water, pumps and pipework
- Provide technical oversight: review drawings, specs, submittals and method statements; identify gaps and coordinate with design team




- Coordinate daily with mechanical subcontractors and manage interfaces to maintain programme progression
- Maintain QA/QC across mechanical packages and drive corrective actions
- Assist in planning and executing pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities; ensure accurate as‑built documentation and smooth handover

Responsabilità xysqume
- 5+ years in a similar role on large‑scale construction projects (preferably data centres)
- Relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
