What you'll do
- Develop high-quality backend solutions, as well as design and integrate software modules collaborating with Business and Technical Analysts
- Reduce development time by introducing new strategies, working side-by-side with different teams




- Contribute to defining and applying guidelines for the development of quality and reusable code on the OverIT’s solution, the NextGen Platform
- Perform accurate testing on implementations to meet the needs of international customers
- Support the onboarding of junior figures within the team
- Develop state-of-the-art solutions to achieve project goals

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Java SE, Java EE 8 (e.g., JPA, JSF, JAX-WS, RS), and later versions
- Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
- Hands-on experience with major SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in SOAP and REST protocols
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and common design patterns
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken Italian (C1) and English (B2)

What’s nice to have
- Experience with cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubern
