Job OverviewThe Solution Consultant at Workiva provides pre‐sales support in the development and presentation of our solutions to address the complex problems that Workiva's platform solves. The qualified candidate will be focused on our Italian market offering specific technical subject matter expertise to the sales function, supporting the business and functional aspects of Workiva's platform and solutions via technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and communication of value‐based messaging about the Workiva platform. Additionally, the job requires development of example solutions, prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate viability and value of Workiva solutions.ResponsibilitiesExecute pre‐sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web,



or onsite meetings; drive the discovery process and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs.Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth onboarding and long‐term success.Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas, developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact.Assist in developing new use‐cases or use existing templates to provide proof of solution impact and value proposition.Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present customer‐specific business cases.Possible deliver cross‐domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers.Work with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals.Assist Sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives.What You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relate
