In this role you will drive energy efficiency projects across industrial, logistics, and commercial sites in Italy. You will guide audits, design energy-saving solutions, manage implementation, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and suppliers to deliver measurable impact and Finance-ready ROI analyses. This opportunity offers hands‐on leadership in a growing energy transition environment with cross‐functional collaboration and a clear impact on sustainability. Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct energy audits across commercial, logistics, and industrial sites Analyze energy profiles and identify efficiency opportunities Design energy‐saving projects with basic engineering, budgeting,



and ROI analysis Manage service provider selection, proposals, contracts, and purchase orders Oversee project implementation, coordinate with technical teams and site management, ensure quality and targets Develop internal procedures, tools, and best practices with the team Attend meetings with clients and external partners Responsabilità Degree xrdztoy in Engineering or related technical field 3–4 years of experience managing energy efficiency projects Strong understanding of efficiency measures across HVAC, steam, cooling, lighting Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and incentive schemes (e.g. White Certificates, Conto Termico) Blend of technical and on‐site project experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
