As the Customer Success Manager for MuleSoft Signature in South Europe, you act as the strategic partner for Signature customers, aligning delivery with business goals and renewing/adapting the engagement as needed. You will orchestrate Signature deliverables, cultivate executive sponsorship, and guide customers through AI-enabled integration adoption. This role interfaces across MuleSoft and Salesforce teams to ensure a unified Signature experience and measurable value. You will influence adoption, renewal, and expansion while navigating cross-functional challenges in a dynamic region. Retribuzione / Benefits Be the single point of accountability for adoption, renewals, and expansion of Signature for assigned customers Cultivate and maintain relationships with IT and business executives, sponsors,



and decision-makers Coordinate the Signature catalog of services and provide proactive MuleSoft guidance Advise on adoption, identify new use cases and risks, and drive AI adoption journey with Agent Fabric and Agentforce integration patterns Communicate value of Signature Success and ensure alignment across collaborators to enable renewals Advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high-severity issues Travel to customer sites as needed Drive customer health and adoption scores, renewal rates, attrition avoidance, and expansion pipeline Responsabilità 7+ years of experience with MuleSoft or an equivalent iPaaS/integration platform Experience delivering product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences Strong commercial acumen: renewals, expansion signals, sales xrdztoy collaboration Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologie
