Construction - starting September Project scope The assignment covers the construction phase of a major breakwater development project at the Port of Genoa. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of offshore and nearshore construction operations, coordinating a multi-vessel marine spread and acting as the primary interface between the contractor, the client, port authorities, and local stakeholders throughout execution. The role spans project site, office, and offshore environments, with vessel attendance required on an operational basis when needed.
