Join our dynamic Milan Design Center as a Product Validation Engineer in our High Voltage Business Unit. Our HVP team is at the forefront of the e-mobility revolution, developing advanced gate drivers and power management solutions that enable the safe and efficient control of high-voltage systems in electric vehicles and industrial automation.
You will work in a collaborative, cutting-edge laboratory environment where your analytical skills will directly contribute to the success of products powering the future of e-mobility and industrial automation. Perform hands-on bench evaluation and characterization of advanced mixed-signal products in the lab using state-of-the-art electronic equipment.
Assist in developing custom hardware and validation test programs for both automated and manual bench evaluations.
Data-Driven Insights:



Analyze measurement results and contribute to the consolidation of data into comprehensive product evaluation reports that drive design improvements.
Partner with project team members to execute rigorous test, evaluation, and qualification plans.
Solve Technical Challenges: Participate in multifunctional teams to address specific technical hurdles, applying your problem-solving skills to real-world engineering scenarios.
Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering.
Technical Knowledge: You have a fundamental understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles and a solid grasp of statistics for data analysis.
Programming Skills: You are familiar with programming languages and automation frameworks such as Python, LabVIEW, or NI TestStand, with an interest in using them for test automation and data processing.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English
