Experteer Overview In this role you drive the development of utility-scale solar projects in Italy from land acquisition to Ready-to-Build, coordinating across internal teams and external advisers. You will manage stakeholder relationships with developers, grid operators, authorities, and suppliers to secure permits and drive project delivery. The position combines development, permitting, and due diligence within a dynamic, international renewable energy company. You'll contribute to accelerating solar deployment in Italy and shape how projects move from idea to execution. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage solar project development from land securing through Permits to Ready-to-Build. Negotiate and secure land rights agreements. Coordinate project delivery with internal teams (technical design, analysis, financial modelling, grid connection, legal). Oversee relationships with external legal/technical advisers and project stakeholders.



Oversee permitting applications and the permitting process. Oversee legal and technical due diligences for project acquisitions at various development stages. Responsabilità At least 5 years' project development experience in the Italian solar sector Experience in land securing, permitting, and grid connection in Italy Strong understanding of Italian regulatory context Ability to manage utility-scale solar PV projects Degree in engineering, legal, business, planning or environmental (appreciated) Flexibility to travel within Italy Proactive, self-starter mindset Time management for multiple, fast-changing priorities Strong commercial background Good teamwork and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a respectful, communicative, accountable environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
