Experteer Italy is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a technical team in ensuring the safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will drive preventive maintenance programs, coordinate activities, and uphold safety and quality standards to maximize plant performance.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate across functions to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
