Experteer Overview In this role you will support deploying ABB's Quality strategy across the Smart Power unit in Frosinone, ensuring quality culture, systems, and competencies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining sustainable operations. You will lead root-cause analysis, implement robust corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement to prevent issues and optimize processes. This position offers hands‐on quality leadership in a global, technology-driven environment with a clear impact on product quality and production resilience. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product testing to detect quality issues and apply timely fixes Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions using Quality Wins methodologies Serve as reference point for production quality issues to prevent line stops and ensure compliant practices Manage quality data accurately to monitor status and prevent non-conformities Collaborate with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Production,
