Your Role You will manage and coordinate preclinical safety, pharmacokinetic, and toxicology studies in rodent and non-rodent species. As a Study Director or Responsible Scientist, you are accountable for the entire study lifecycle, from initial planning and protocol preparation to the scientific evaluation and interpretation of experimental data. You will perform essential in vivo tasks, including treatments, biological sample collection, and clinical observations, while conducting diagnostic and instrumental evaluations. Your responsibilities extend to monitoring outsourced preclinical studies at CROs to ensure quality and compliance. You will develop new experimental methods, coordinate inter-laboratory activities, and draft operational procedures.
