Software Technical Support Engineer (1-3 years of expertise)
English and Italian are mandatory.
This is not a Software developer position
We are working with an innovative company in the robotics / advanced manufacturing space looking for a Software Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team.
Important: This is not a software development role. It is a hands-on, support-oriented position combining testing, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.
What you'll do
Support internal teams by testing and validating software developed in-house
Act as Level 2 technical support , assisting field teams (Level 1)
Troubleshoot software and system issues, occasionally interacting with customers




Perform hands-on testing on machines (robotics / manufacturing systems)
Collect feedback from the field and collaborate with engineering and R&D;
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in technical support in robotics, or industrial environments
Strong communication and relationship skills
Ability to work on-site ~50% (North Milan area)
Fluent English and Italian (both mandatory)
