Role: Maintenance & Automation Technician

Job Description:
Your profile:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, preferably within paper manufacturing, slitter/rewinder machinery, adhesive tape production, or similar automated production environments.
Proven experience independently troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems in highly automated industrial settings.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical systems, and industrial automation networks (both hardware and software).
Practical experience working with PLC systems, automation control systems, and industrial communication networks.
Strong expertise in Rockwell Automation and/or Siemens automation technologies will be considered a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Ability to analyze technical schemes and PLC software for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
